這次是北疆15天團隊旅遊後再從烏魯木齊搭動車到柳園南站後包車至敦煌繼續個人旅遊。包車是敦煌晨光旅遊的付曉麗幫忙安排刘杰師傅的七人座車。付曉麗很熱心、服務快速，刘杰師傅開車平穩、熱誠、也很熱心的回答我們提問，讓我們有個愉快的車程。
艾斯汀酒店的硬體設施完善，清潔、明亮，還有免費自助洗衣房，真是太貼心了。軟體方面，從前台到餐廳，每個人都非常真誠、熱誠，彬彬有禮。早餐也非常豐盛。
非常推薦來敦煌旅遊的朋友入住。

房間非常漂亮，設施非常齊全，服務相當的好，從車開進院裏那一刻，就有服務人員上來指揮，停好車後，停車場大哥主動幫助拿行李。經過餐廳時，餐廳服務員主動打招呼，指引前台位置，前台接待非常熱情。因為，入住時，餐廳服務員留下了深刻印象，所以晚餐就在酒店餐廳用餐。因為是住宿的客人，給予打折優惠，價格非常便宜，菜品非常可口。總之，是一次非常愉快，滿意的住宿體驗。

酒店服務員都很熱心，服務很好，隨時都會詢問是否需要幫助，每天有不限量的水，還有小零食和酸奶。在晨光旅遊定的西線一日遊，就能感受到小李的專業和熱情。車收拾得乾乾淨淨，座椅套潔白平整，還貼心準備了紙巾、礦泉水，出發前，小李詳細介紹了當天的行程安排和每個景點的特色，一路上化身“行走的百科全書”，開車時，師傅的技術穩得沒話説！山路彎道多，他卻開得又快又穩，讓我特別安心。到景點後，小李會耐心告訴我們最佳遊覽路線、哪裡拍照出片，還主動幫我拍合照，角度和構圖比我自己拍得都好！這次西線一日遊，因為這位寶藏司機師傅變得完美！強烈推薦給要去西線玩的朋友，認準這位晨光旅遊小李司機師傅，體驗感直接拉滿！

西北大環線敦煌站，住了兩晚，酒店的餐飲是特色，早餐也很豐盛，離夜市不遠，服務我給個贊👍🏻，唯一個人覺就是衞生間的鏡子對個子矮的女士不太友好，需要墊腳也能勉強露臉…
