I chose this hotel for a business trip to Uganda. The hotel environment is very good, it is new, clean and comfortable. It's just that the service attitude of the black guy at the front desk on the night of check-in was really average, and the service in the lobby was average. On the contrary, the restaurant staff is very enthusiastic.

Abbiamo pernottato 2x 1 notte… alla seconda upgrading gratuito (grazie). Struttura con tutti i comfort necessari (piscina e sala fitness ). Check-in/Up! veloce e gentile come del resto TUTTO il personale. Camera pulita e spaziosissima. Abbiamo cenato 2 volte al ristorante e bravi pure li… a prezzi equi pure per noi europei (mangiato ). Location consigliabile come punto di partenza per safari.
